Nissan Canada Incentive Program – Quebec City

Nissan, like many companies, faced the challenge of canceling its annual incentive program due to COVID-19 travel restrictions. Traditionally held abroad, Nissan had to find a new way to engage and motivate its employees while adhering to health and safety guidelines. MCI Canada stepped in to reimagine Nissan’s incentive program as an immersive experience within Québec. The redesigned program aimed to take participants on a journey through the city’s history, culture, and unique architecture. MCI Canada handled all event aspects, including accommodations, transportation, dining, activities, and technical production. Moreover, they crafted an engaging content strategy with presentations, interactive sessions, and team-building activities that spanned throughout the conference, from stage design to signage and branding.
