The team crafted a multi‑day itinerary that showcased iconic Toronto attractions and venues—such as Fairmont Royal York, the CN Tower, Casa Loma, and Niagara‑on‑the‑Lake—while tailoring the experience to the preferences of Tupperware’s Brazilian distributor demographic.
Core responsibilities included venue sourcing, negotiations, site inspections, guest logistics, transportation coordination, dining and activity planning, multilingual on‑site staffing, cultural guidance, and detailed attendee management. The work also involved producing customized program materials and delivering high‑touch hospitality throughout the trip, ensuring a seamless and memorable incentive experience for the 42‑person delegation
