The event welcomed 75 attendees, featuring a refined culinary experience, curated décor, and a seamless guest flow supported by MCI’s onsite team.

Our responsibilities included full vendor management, AV and F&B coordination, table design, staffing oversight, and real‑time client communication via a dedicated channel. All logistics—including room setup, emergency protocols, supplier contracts, and attendee management—were handled by MCI to ensure a flawless and sophisticated evening that strengthened Broadridge’s engagement with its most strategic stakeholders.
