MCI Canada provides end-to-end management for CASP 2025, supporting both the Healing Day program and the main National Suicide Prevention Conference. Their scope includes overall event design, developing timelines, managing budgeting and forecasting, coordinating registration processes, and shaping the program structure-from early calls for presentations through to the final program release. MCI also oversees sponsorship and exhibition fulfillment, ensuring sales targets, booth assignments, and deliverables are executed according to plan.

Operationally, MCI manages floor plans, room setups, A/V staffing, onsite logistics, and all attendee-facing components such as signage, materials, and conference app planning. They coordinate Healing Day spaces (including quiet rooms and smudging rooms) as well as plenary, breakout, exhibit, and networking areas throughout the main conference. MCI’s structured milestone planning-covering registration launch, early-bird deadlines, F&B guarantees, sponsor delivery, and weekly or bi-weekly planning cycles-ensures CASP 2025 is delivered smoothly, consistently, and with a focus on cultural safety and participant experience.
