The event celebrated the long service of Bombardier employees, with 450 participants in attendance. MCI Canada managed various aspects of the event, including venue selection, logistics, catering, and entertainment. The Liberty Grand Hall provided an elegant setting for the awards ceremony, with the Governor’s Room and Renaissance Room used for dinner and reception, respectively.
MCI Canada ensured a seamless and well-organized event by coordinating all logistical elements, such as venue rental, catering, staffing, and additional services like security and cleaning. The event featured a three-course dinner, cocktails, and wine, with high-quality cuisine and exceptional service. Entertainment included a jazz band, a roaming magician during the cocktail reception, and a DJ for the evening.
