For the BC Hotel Association Summit held from April 30 to May 3, 2024, MCI Canada played a significant role in organizing and managing the event. The summit took place at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler and involved various responsibilities, including financial and budget management, logistics, venue management, registration system management, sponsor and vendor fulfillment, speaker and VIP management, social program development, awards nomination management, onsite management, and reporting. The event aimed to enhance the learning curve and determine the combined goals and responsibilities for a successful partnership and event deliver
