MCI Canada has been the long?standing partner and Professional Congress Organizer for the Clinical Trials Ontario Conference, supporting the event consistently for many years, with documented stewardship from 2019 through at least 2027. Over this period, MCI has guided the conference through major transitions-pivoting to a virtual format during the pandemic and then steering a strong, safe return to in?person events-while maintaining the conference’s role as Ontario’s leading forum for advancing clinical trials. Each year, MCI delivers comprehensive end?to?end management, including event strategy, program and speaker coordination, logistics, registration services, exhibitor support, and onsite operations. The conference typically welcomes approximately 450 500 attendees and features multi?day programming, an exhibit hall, and sector?wide participation across industry, academia, research institutions, and patient?focused organizations. MCI’s continuity and expertise have ensured that the event grows stronger each year, with an experience that is consistent, well?executed, and responsive to the needs of Ontario’s clinical research community.
