MCI Canada recently organized the annual conference of Vast-Auto Distribution, a Montreal-based company specialized in the distribution of automotive parts and accessories.

MCI’s mandate for the 3-day conference in 2023 was the complete management of the event, from planning to on-site coordination. The team’s first tasks included designing the visual identity and theme, as well as developing a customized registration website for both attendees and exhibitors.

MCI also handled all logistical aspects of the conference, including participant accommodation, the exhibition area, meals, entertainment, speakers, decorations, and technical and audiovisual requirements.
