MCI Canada organized an exceptional incentive trip for Thordon Bearings in 2024, which took place in Croatia. This trip was designed to reward Thordon Bearings’ top-performing distributors with a memorable experience that combined relaxation, adventure, and cultural immersion. The trip included visits to two of Croatia’s most beautiful cities, Split and Dubrovnik. Participants had the opportunity to explore the ancient ruins, picturesque landscapes, and stunning coastlines. Activities included guided tours, cultural experiences, and leisure time to enjoy the local cuisine and scenery. MCI Canada managed all aspects of the trip, from sourcing and contracting luxurious properties to operating onsite. The team ensured that every detail was meticulously planned and executed, providing a seamless and memorable experience for all participants. The program also included special touches like floral centerpieces, custom photo frames, and a photobooth with props, adding a personal touch to the celebration.
