MCI Canada is the event management partner supporting Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) in delivering Canada’s full programming and presence at COP30 in Belém, Brazil. The project includes end?to?end planning and coordination for all pavilion events, stakeholder engagement, partner submissions, program development, floorplan and onsite logistics, bilingual communications, and support for Canada’s international delegation. MCI also manages operational workflows, risk planning, and the complex scheduling of thematic sessions aligned with COP priorities. Across the planning cycle, MCI provides strategic guidance, content analysis, automated evaluation tools, and hands?on coordination with ECCC teams to ensure programming is balanced, inclusive, and aligned with national objectives. The partnership builds on MCI’s deep experience in sustainability and global climate events, enabling Canada to participate with a polished, well?executed presence that reflects its leadership in climate action and collaboration on the world stage.
